The Following are the Duties and Deligations of the JOb Role
- Act as a focal point of HR Contact for all issues concerning assigned business unit.
- Candidate Must Constantly stays in touch with the Employees at all levels of the assigned Business Unit a
- Candidate must be planed in Implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Candidate Must be able to Plan and implement HR initiatives at the Unit level.
- Candidate Must Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
- Candidate Must Maintain the online HR Portal and employee database
- Candidate must Coordinate employee safety,employee welfare and employee wellness
Desired Profile :
- Candidate must Posses Bachelors degree in any discipline and P-Grad in Human Resource Management/Business administration with Human Resource specialization.
- Experience from BPO/KPO/ITES is most desirable.
Required Profile / Eligibility :
- Bachelors degree in any discipline and Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management/Business administration with Human Resource specialization.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in Generalist HR operational role from Medium/large sized organizations.
- Experience from BPO/KPO/ITES is most desirable.
