a.PC Software installation & Troubleshooting Support
b.Desktop Antivirus installation, Updating.
c.Email Client installation & support.(MS - outlook)
d.Desktop Problem Diagnosis & resolution with the help of AMC /Hardware/Software vendors.
e.Accept the act on the support calls / trouble tickets assigned.
f.Regular checking of the tickets bin to check the assigned tickets if any.
g.Completing all the support call activities assigned within given TAT.
h.Co-ordination with Vendor for all desktop,laptop and hardware related issues.
