SALARY OFFERED:  INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. Rs. 9,000 - 15,000 Take Home + Performance Incentives + Free Pick & Drop with Security etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Technical & Non-Technical Support Associate (Voice) required with the following skill set: 
•  Opening for Technical & non-technical Customer Support Voice
• Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST 
• Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
• 5 days/week ( 2 Week Offs )
• Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy) 
• Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Life Insurance etc. provided

SKILLS REQUIRED:
